Info on the Small Capital initiative

If you run your own business you are always looking for ways to grow, and that’s why you should join the Small Capital community.

Formed in 2004, Small Capital is an initiative that supports small and medium enterprise (SME) owners in South Africa, by providing relevant, practical advice and information that is easy to read, understand and act upon.

This is delivered through the Small Capital website, as well as through a printed booklet which is distributed every quarter through Entrepreneur Magazine. (For PDF copies of this booklet see our Small Capital in Print section.)

Partnered by the country’s top providers of two core business services – Standard Bank, and MTN – Small Capital shares expert knowledge of the local market and business environment, while providing access to products, services and tools that will help you to turn your small business of today into the powerhouse of tomorrow.

By signing-up as a member of the Small Capital community, you can:

  • Share your experiences: Upload your own case studies or comments.
